I was invited to an Into of the Bonding Reflex Workshop by a mutual acquaintance promoting your work. Prior, I looked up your site and others on adult primitive reflex integration. I found it fascinating and was thinking I could relate to a couple of my symptom's being a reflex not integrated.
Wanting a tactile experience along with cerebral learning, is what had me signed up for the first of 4 in person sessions for the Bonding Reflex. I thought it may assist in my analysis paralysis / thought loops that I believe are tied to the body.
My first impression of you was open, clear, engaging, and safe.
Also your knowledge on the reflex’s is fascinating, something I knew nothing of was niggling at me to learn.
You (Michelle) have assisted with my internal physical bracing. I am feeling unwound. I now see how bracing has impact on my scoliosis and my mental thoughts. I have definitely had body release in my left hip and leg. I am successfully attending a gym and walking better.
I feel settled.
Not grounded - settled inside.
Calmer, the internal hair trigger during stress has relaxed and I can let things go easier. The energy rises but I move through. Some things are easier than others but it is forward movement no doubt!
You (MIchelle) were able to give me mental insights at each session, as well as body work and teaching. I do see how compiling the experiential layers moves one forward faster! I chose to do 4 in person sessions, then chose to do 4 more as it works!
Michelle was always able to meet me where I was. She communicated with me not always just what the next step your process might be, but with me where I was at and needed. Michelle appreciated the work I had done, the knowledge I brought of myself and used it alongside with your tools. Seeing your capability and how you entwine various modalities, leaves one feeling there are solutions. That in itself can help loosen one’s resistance to change.
These days I am just enjoying my coming from this new space!

I was struggling with some post concussion symptoms several years after my concussion, such as noise sensitivity, feeling overwhelmed in busy environments, and mild anxiety.
I was recommended to Michelle from a prior client who had raving reviews about their work together. I was intrigued, and after our initial consult over the phone I felt very excited to begin working together as I really felt validated in my health concerns and you said you could help me.
My brain feels so much calmer in busy environments, I don't experience the same debilitating overwhelmed feelings anymore or anxiety.
I enjoy our weekly sessions as there is always something new my body is showing that needs addressing. The bodywork is beyond just physical, its spiritual and emotional healing that is being released through physical as well.
The biggest impact I have noticed is a generalized sense of well being and optimized health and trust in my body once again. Everything feels calmer and more open, the energy no longer feels stuck or overwhelmed in my body.
I started with her recommended 4 sessions and I noticed some subtle changes right away. with those changes, I kept coming back and definitely noticed with time working together my body really started to trust the process. And because of this I have been able to do some deep rooted healing which has been very exciting, and unexpected... leading to the more heart-centered goal of becoming pregnant..."expecting" my first child after 4 years of IVF therapy!
I highly recommend working with Michelle! She is amazing and incredibly talented at what she does. Her deep care and vast knowledge make her an invaluable asset to anyone seeking deep healing.

I was feeling super ungrounded; I had just moved back to Kelowna and my head was in the clouds. I was very stressed and struggling. Not really knowing what to do next. I started school right away with work on the side and I just needed something to keep my nervous system in check. So, I thought it may be a good time to start visiting Michelle for some mind-body work.
Michelle was recommended to me by my family and was the only person in Kelowna that I knew of, that could do this type of work.
I would look forward to our weekly sessions, it was 2 hours of relaxation, and a full nervous system reset for me. It was also great to be learning things I could apply at home, centering reflex and self-soothing techniques.
I have an old knee injury, and I believe this work has helped me to get my knee stronger than ever. I didn’t expect her body work to be something that would help me so much with sports, but I’ve had my best season snowboarding so far! No injuries for the first year in a long time and I’m also not feeling sore during or after the day like I used to.
I practice the integration work I learned from Michelle when I go snowboarding for the day. I also didn’t expect to just learn so much about the body in general, that I didn’t know before. Valuable knowledge that I will hold with me forever.
I think staying consistently grounded is hard for me, when I’m living in a full schedule, fortunately I am able to snowboard multiple times a week right now and that does wonders for my nervous system, but when I don’t have that privilege, I may need some extra help. If I find myself struggling with a dopamine cycle or attachment or I’m just having a rough week, I know where to go.
Overall, I found that, I just came back down into my body a lot more, it was helpful when I wasn’t applying my own practices that I had something consistent and powerful.
Honestly, aside from learning some techniques for myself and feeling grounded in my body, I feel like I haven’t stopped talking about what I’ve learned about the reflexes. Especially learning about the Bonding Reflex, it’s changed my mind set about the way I interact and exchange energy with people in this world and brought up important conversations amongst friends.
