6-Week Primitive Reflex & Nervous System Reset Series

A gentle, body-based approach to changing unconscious patterns.


This 6-week series helps you understand how primitive reflexes and the nervous system shape your habits, stress responses, and automatic behaviors. When early reflexes remain active, the body continues reacting from old survival patterns—showing up as cravings, emotional coping, overwhelm, tension, or self-soothing habits you can’t “think” your way out of.


Each week, you’ll work with one reflex at a time to calm the stress response, improve regulation, and recode the unconscious patterns stored in the body. Through simple tactile and somatic practices, you’ll begin to experience more pause, more choice, and more ease.


Perfect for anyone wanting deeper nervous system support, gentler habit change, and a compassionate path to feeling grounded in their body again.

before you open the cupboard,
